Waterline International Marine Services FZC was founded by Capt Mohamed Eissa. Capt Eissa has sailed many ships as a Captain, and has sound knowledge on marine and offshore industry. He has a team of committed marine professionals who are well equipped with marine knowledge. Over the years of cultivation, Waterline has anchored herself well in the Middle East, gaining trust and confidence from many clients from the marine and oil & gas industries, with the vessels supplied and built by ACT from East Malaysia and China.
