Guangdong Bonny Fair Heavy Industry Limited (BFH) was formed on a basis of recombining Guangdong Hope Yue Shipbuilding Industry Limited and Guangdong New China Shipyard Limited, operating under the umbrella of the Guangdong Navigation Group (GNG). Its main business includes the design and build of various kinds of coastal and offshore vessels. On a lower scale, the organisation also deals with Marine S & P, trading of equipment and material, ship repair and also import & export businesses.

As the core platform of the GNG's shipbuilding industry, BFH takes over the rich experience, market capacity, core technology, and other good resources of Hope Yue Shipbuilding Industry Limited. Equipped with a strong shipyard, the Nansha Shipyard Base (near Shiziyang Waterway, Guangdong), we aim to extend our shipbuilding services not only regionally, but internationally as well. The shipyard has good records for the building of Harbour Tugs, Tug Boats, Platform Supply Vessels, Anchor Handling Tugs (& Supply), Workboats, Ferries...and many other offshore Vessels.

Partnership is also established with another shipyard located in nearby province in Fujian - Fujian Minchuan Heavy Industry Limited - 福建闽船重工有限公司(中国) . This shipyard has earned a record of over 30 years of rich experience in marine construction, which included the building of coastal and offshore vessels. Till date, Minchuan has built ASD Harbour Tugs, Cargo Vessels, Tankers, Self-Propelled & Dumb Barges (both oil & deck cargo barges), Anchor Handling Tugs (& Supply), Workboats, Accommodation Work Barges, etc...Minchuan, besides being strategically located in Southern part of China, is equipped with world-class shipbuilding machines and equipment, and hence producing quality vessels, with good delivery time.

The exclusive partnerships with Guangdong Bonny Fair Heavy Industry Limited and Fujian Minchuan Heavy Industry Limited have created our presence and our strength in China. We have increased our design capability and construction capacity significantly in the shipbuilding industry.
